( under normal circumstances, gladio might've gotten really pissed at prompto too. that touch is too placating. he doesn't like that kind of thing. especially when he just wants to be mad. but, things have changed since they got here. enough to make a difference. because, gladio doesn't fly off the handle like he might have in a not so distant past. instead, it actually does something to him. inside. he's still annoyed, make no mistake. but, some of the fire settles. he looks at the hand on his arm and sighs. )

I'm not actually going to kill him. There's plenty of other ways to make him suffer.
