I'm all alone in this huge brand new bed with brand new sheets. :(

[Complete with photographic evidence that he's just chilling shirtless on the new king size bed he got. Never mind that with the elaborate headboard it takes up 75% of the bedroom.]

[ He sends back a string of cute emojis (because he's feeling cute), and it doesn't take him long at all to head over to their place. Which is kind of ironic in a way, but Prompto does his best not to think about it, letting himself in once he gets there and immediately taking his shoes off before heading to the bedroom. It's relatively quiet in the apartment, glancing around and trailing a hand along the wall, and once he peeks in, there is very audible surprise upon seeing the bed in person. ]

Whoa –! How did you get that thing in here?

[Nero hears Prompto coming and sits up right away, getting down from the bed (that's notably higher up than the last one).]

Well it came in pieces and I had to put it together. Unless you mean the mattress, then--just barely.

[He moves close to kiss his boyfriend in greeting, gesturing for him to go try it out, doing his best not to make any jokes about it being harder for Prompto to get on it due to his height.]

[ EXCUSE YOU he's not that short. But he's being gracious today, so he's just going to let that thought slide, leaning into the affection a little before ducking around Nero to continue staring at their new bed.

And you didn't have any help? Man... [ Okay, so he's a little impressed. ] Didn't you like the other one?

[Thankfully he's not so short that he'll need a step stool to get up onto the bed, although that thought had crossed his mind at one point. Seeing Prompto next to it was helpful in easing those very very serious concerns.]

No, it was just me. [Not like he's had much company lately, or any. He should do better about making friends.]

No, I loved it. I just thought that with V it would be nice that he could sleep in the same bed without it getting crowded. Even if it's a dumb idea, I think it'd be nice..
